In a unique company structure, seven Divirgilio brothers own and operate the entire group of DVG dealerships. Since inception in 1996, the group has grown from one used car dealership employing 10 Western Australians, into 29 new and used car dealerships employing over 700 Western Australians. DVG has multiple new car dealerships for brands Toyota, Chrysler, Jeep, Dodge, Hyundai, Nissan, Mitsubishi, Peugeot, Kia, Skoda, Volkswagen, Isuzu UTE, Iveco, Great Wall and Hyundai Trucks and are always looking to acquire additional brands.

The eldest Divirgilio brother, Lou, is the company's managing director and all other brothers hold dealer principal and director positions at DVG locations.
This structure allows customers the ability to speak directly to a Divirgilio family owner and peace of mind that a director with a vested interest in the dealership is available to them.

The DVG logo is testimony to the company's structure with each dot representing one of the seven Divirgilio brothers.
