How long are the movie tickets valid?
To know the specific expiry date for any of our tickets please check the box office page when ordering or send us an email and you will receive a prompt reply. While most tickets have at least a 4 month expiry date please check online or with us first to avoid disappointment.
What is the difference between registered post and normal post?
Both postage methods are through Australia Post - Registered post is focused on tracking your tickets from postage time to the delivery address for security and piece of mind. Normal post is unsecured postage, if you elect to post via normal post please note that SmartClub is not responsible for lost tickets, no refund or exchange will be given should a problem occur during postage.
Do I need to specify the session time or movie?
No you don't, our tickets are cinema vouchers valid for all standard movies showing. For example, if you want to go to Hoyts, simply order the Hoyts cinema adult or child vouchers from us and use them at any Hoyts Cinema on any movie and time you choose.Back to Top
Do I need to specify the date and time for Rottnest tickets?
No but it is paramount that you book the tickets with your chosen carrier once you receive the tickets from SmartClub. To avoid disappointment SmartClub advises that you call the ferry company to check that your departure time is not booked out a few days before. If you wish to upgrade your ticket to an extended return ticket a small fee can be paid to the ferry company on the date of depature, just advise the ferry company of this when you book.Back to Top
